Registered Home Manager – Care & Nursing Home

📍 Near Sleaford (NG34 area), Lincolnshire

💷 £48,000 – £58,000 per annum DOE + 15% SMART bonus (paid quarterly)

🎯 On-target earnings circa £70,000

We’re partnering with a respected, values-driven care provider in the Sleaford area to appoint a passionate and capable Registered Home Manager.

 

This service provides high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care for around 40–45 residents, supported by a Clinical Lead and a largely supernumerary Deputy Manager — giving you the structure to focus on what matters most: people, quality and culture.

The Package

💷 £48,000 – £58,000 DOE + 15% SMART objectives bonus (paid quarterly)

About You

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Home Manager (residential/nursing) or 2 years as a supernumerary Deputy Manager.
  • NVQ Level 5 (minimum) in Health & Social Care Management — Level 7 desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Confident leadership, communication and time-management skills.
  • Full driving licence and within reasonable commuting distance of NG34.
